The CASP/2500H Universal Battery Support System performs all of the advanced battery support functions of the CASP/2000, but with expanded battery processing capabilities and the latest internal firmware.

Functions include fast charge, slow charge, discharge, analyze, recondition and maintenance charge.  Rated at up to 10 amps and 78 volts with six output channels, the CASP/2500H can process a wide variety of batteries automatically while generating detailed battery servicing reports via a built-in RS-232 serial output port.

The CASP/2500 is ideally suited for military, aerospace, aviation and critical battery analysis applications.

The CASP/2500 is delivered complete with a serial printer kit or TD-750 Computer Interface Software and six standard Battery Interface Cables.

Optional items include our popular CASP Printer Emulator Program AB910E which automatically captures the CASP battery servicing report via PC.  Up to 8 CASP units may be connected to a single PC using this software application.

Replacing the popular CASP/2000 series, new front-panel function keys, a continuous scrolling display and a help function make the CASP/2500 self-explanatory and exceptionally easy-to-use. The new CASP performs four automatic battery servicing functions, including: Auto Processing, Auto Charging, Auto Reconditioning and Auto Life Cycle.

Auto Processing provides easy set-up and automatic servicing. Once the battery is hooked to the CASP, it is automatically charged, discharged to check capacity, and if acceptable, recharged. New features include clearly labeled function buttons located on the front panel for easy reference and operation, a continuous scrolling display of the status of each channel and a help function for easy retrieval of user information.

CASP/2500 reconditions NiCd batteries and charges and analyzes all rechargeable batteries. It automatically recognizes most common makes and types of batteries, but can also be programmed to accept other batteries, including newly developed batteries.
